Before 10.00 hrs. After this time, a 50 % surcharge will be applied.

Advance reservations

For definite reservations it is necessry that you pay a deposit of 25 % of the total price by credit card, at least 7 days in advance. The remaining amount is to be paid on handing over of the keys.

Cancellations

In case the reservation is cancelled, CHG, S.A. may retain an indemnification as follows:

a) 5 % of the total price for the reservation if the cancellation is effected more than 10 and less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.

b) 15 % of the total price for the reservation if the cancellation is effected between 3 and 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.

c) 25 % of the total price for the reservation if the cancellation is effected within the last 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Offers and promotions

Current offers and promotions do not apply to fixed expenses.

Minimum occupants

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. From the 02/07/11 to the 27/08/11 there is a minimum stay of a week, both the arrival and the departure will be on a Saturday.
